Cu Chi Tunnels

 We visited the remains of the Viet Cong tunnel network, north of Saigon.

Before we arrived we saw the factory where the disabled victims of Agent Orange make fabulous lacquerware.

The tunnels were a chance to see the ingenuity of the Viet Cong when fighting the Americans; plus the harsh reality of life living in the tunnels.
