Quilatoa

On our second day in Latacunga we travelled up to another, this time dormant, volcano called Quilotoa.

On the way we stopped at an indigenous family’s house.

Then we visited the local market at Zumbahua.

We also stopped at the Toachi River Canyon.

And finally we arrived at Quilatoa and walked around the top of the crater.
