Isla de la Plata
Situated in Ecuador’s only marine coastal reserve, Puerto Lopez is conveniently located near a mini=Galapagos Island called Isla de la Plata.
The island is home to nesting blue-footed boobies and frigate birds.
But the stars of the show were the dozen or more humpback whales jumping all over the place.
