The Pantanal
After two days and nine hundred miles of travelling from São Paulo, we arrived in the remote west of Brazil, in the Pantanal.
The savannah-like territory is home to many animals, as we made a couple of boat trips along the Miranda River.
We stayed on a 30,000 acre fazenda, or farm, and went tracking jaguars on foot, by jeep and on horseback, but to no avail….
